Dynamic IDX has always put customer service above all else and we want our customers to know your site will stay up during this crisis. We do not plan to enable late fees until August 1st, 2020. If you are unable to get caught up by then please contact us. We are here to help but we can't help if you don't let us know you're in need of help! So please contact us if you need assistance. Our thoughts and prayers are with all our customers, and we will do all we can to help our customers maintain their online presence. Your website provides a critical connection to your clients, and we understand that during this time, it can be hard to make your payments on time. Due to this issue, we are suspending late fees for the next 90 days to help our customers keep and maintain their sites so that once things are back to normal, you will still have what will most likely be an even more critical part of your business.
